Empowering Tomorrow’s Leaders: Child Dream Foundation Ignites Hope and Dreams for the Next Generation

est

Unlocking Potential, One Child at a Time

CHILD DREAM FOUNDATION (CDF) is a not-for-profit organization established in 2018 as a youth-led, youth empowerment edtech hub working to improve quality education in Ghana and by extension Africa at large.

We partner to provide a well- ordered and secure atmosphere for basic, secondary and tertiary schools in Ghana. Strengthening the philosophical and social foundations of schools through Literacy development, Innovations in Educational systems, Continuous teacher training and support and Promoting the SDG’s through Student Empowerment Summits, Incubations and Accelerations programs for a holistic child/youth development.

Our service-learning projects taught us that education has extraordinary power to collectively alter the course of life, and that extreme poverty, inadequate educational materials and instructor’s coupled with lack of infrastructure make it challenging for young people to do extremely well.

Our Programs

At the Child Dream Foundation, our programs are engineered to provide more than just basic necessities—they aim to ignite a lifetime passion for learning, ambition, and societal contribution. From educational scholarships to mentorship initiatives, skills development workshops to mental well-being programs, we offer a multifaceted approach that enriches the minds and hearts of young individuals. Our focus extends beyond immediate relief; we strive to build sustainable pathways that empower children to break the cycle of poverty and make impactful contributions to their communities. Discover how our carefully curated programs are transforming lives, and how you can be a part of this monumental journey.

Supplemental Learning

Advocating Innovations in Educational systems through Incubations and Accelerations programs for a holistic child/youth development. This program focuses on identifying, nurturing and developing young people’s interest in Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Mathematics (STEAM) for national development.

Continuous Teacher Training and Support

Strengthening educational institutions with modern training and technological skills. We work with educational partners or stakeholders and NGO’s to deliver professional training to teachers in both public and private schools using the Child Dream Train the Trainer models.

Water, Sanitation and Hygiene

The Ghana Demographic and Health Survey reveals that while more than half of Ghanaian households have a designated place for washing hands, only about one household out of every five has water or other cleansing agents available at home. Hence CDF collaborates with local and international partners to address issues relating to water, sanitation and hygiene among children/young people in underserved communities in Ghana.

A center for child protection and human rights awareness for inclusivity

SDG’s through Student Empowerment Summits

We partner to host annual conferences (Child Dream Conference) in Leadership, Mentorship and STEAM for a holistic child development.
